You agree for this card to be charged tri annually (February, June, and October) for pre-selected wines in perpetuity until cancellation. The selection will be made available to be made by members via email before the charge occurs and will vary based upon wines included. This charge will occur at the mixed bottle selection rate if no selection is made. Package selections can be changed upon request at minimum of one week prior to the pick up date. All wine club charges are non-refundable. Cancellation of your club membership can be made after the second annual charged club order. If wine is not picked up after one year, bottles will be replaced at the winery’s discretion with other wines available. Wine selections are not guaranteed and may be changed due to availability at any time by Bohemia Manor Farm Wine LLC. Swapping out bottles of the preselected wines will be made at the discretion of Bohemia Manor Farm and will result in a restocking fee if requested by a member. Member agrees to pay for any additional expense related to shipping if shipping is selected and made available for their current location. Club member benefits may change at any time and are based on availability. Bohemia Manor Farm Wine LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
