A beautiful salmon-colored rosé that balances jammy pink lady apples, caramelized dates, and candied dried fruits. As it sits, the sweetness intensifies. Soft tannins and long-lasting acidity create a smooth, refreshing finish. A blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
