2024 Blanc de Blanc

Broad, balanced, and creamy. Very complex, persistent perlage.

Pale yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. Fine bubble that forms continuous rosaries and a crown persistent in time.

Soft notes of toasted bread, sweet vanillas and orange peel, interspersed with spring fruits: peaches and lemon zest on a background of toasted notes of dried.
