2024 Sparkling Rose

Delicate pink salmon color. Thin bubbles and persistent crown.

This Cremant style rose made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes shows aromas of raspberry,  and strawberry combines a light  candied citrus aroma .

At the palate, notes of red fruits stand out, it is fresh, balanced and the bubbles favor the sensation of creaminess, enhanced by aging in contact with the yeasts.
