2021 Sauvignon Blanc

Lemon, lime, and grapefruit

This wine shows itself with slightly greenish hues and golden reflections. The primary aromas are reminiscent of freshly cut grass, honey, lemon sponge cake, mango, with a magnificent finish of pink grapefruit. On the palate it presents a number of remarkable acids, great personality and with flavors of pink grapefruit and just a hint of flint as it rounds up,a slightly spicy flavor and kumquat (cumquats) finish.
